One meaning of Holy Quran is "recitation" which means that the Holy Quran should be recited slowly and in rhythmic tone. The Holy Quran itself outlines the general method of how it is to be recited, slowly and in rhythmic tones. Recitation of the Holy Quran should be done according to rules of pronunciation established by Holy Prophet (PBUH).
